Expectations:

• Consistently provide genuine, friendly, personable, and professional service
• Processing customers transaction in our showroom
• Handle multiple responsibilities and balance customer priorities
• Support sales and operations team members to ensure that our vision of enhancing the customer shopping experience is realized
• Demonstrate excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team
• Proactively resolve customer issues
• Answering the telephones/filing
• Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management

• Handling cash and processing credit card payments - strong cash handling skills

• Professional, team-player, resilient, and achievement-focused

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Basic computer skills

• Available to work evenings and weekends as part of a flexible and accommodating full-time, work schedule

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required

• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required.
