Due to our fast growth, we are looking for a Client Finance Analyst, preferably based in the Los Angeles area to join our team.
The Role:
Under the direction of the Director of Finance, the Client Finance Analyst will assist with the management of all finance functions within the agency. The Client Finance Analyst will support the Operations team in managing the organization’s finances, client billing, and expense reporting.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for all client invoicing, and project budget reconciliations.
- Work closely with the client teams to review job detail, billings, new job request/closings, OOP & WIP tracking, job transfers, write offs, and project change orders.
- Ensure production jobs/budgets are reconciled closed on a timely basis
- Responsible for setting up and managing all vendors, collecting W-9s, and year-end 1099 reporting under guidance of the Director of Finance.
- Review accounts payable expenses & bill-pay invoices to ensure proper expense reporting.
- Prepare, update, and analyze budget trackers weekly to ensure all estimates, actuals, variances and billing information is up-to-date.
- Responsible for reviewing missing time reports and following up on delinquencies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with agency personnel related to financial processes and deliverables.
- Additional ad hoc projects as needed.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in finance or accounting (advertising/technology industry experience preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills reaching all levels of employees across various disciplines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional knowledge and expertise with Google Workspace (formerly GSuite): Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Meet/Hangouts.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamically challenging environment.
- Experience with quickbooks, Ramp, or Fyle a plus.

Travel:
- May be asked to travel 1-2 times per month for onsite meetings or working sessions.
Schedule:
- Mon-Fri approx. 8am-5pm PT with scheduling and work flexibility based on business needs.
- This position is remote, can be located outside of CA, and is required to work in Pacific Standard Time.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
