This is an onsite role that will assist with new hire orientations, associate engagement, and other activities that must be completed while physically on-site. Additionally, the Client Coordinator must follow the GMP guidelines while visiting the facility.
We are looking for an efficient, well organized Client Coordinator to undertake a variety of associate and client focused duties. Your role involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s talent pipeline, improve our sourcing tactics, increase associate engagement and increase retention, and become a trusted advisor to the client HR & Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. He/She will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of projects and operations. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar using HR software and tools (Bullhorn, ADP). Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization.
Responsibilities
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
- Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
- Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
- Support other functions as assigned
Skills
- Prior experience in the staffing industry, or relative HR position that requires heavy administrative job duties
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel), and experience with Googlesheets
- Ability to work with ATS software
- In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
- Familiarity with social media recruiting
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Good organizational and time management skills
Factor specific Client Coordinator job duties include:
· Greet new team members on orientation day, take photos, and send to security for badges
· Complete attendance within 2 hours after start of shift
· Be available to associates in the breakroom during breaks and lunch (on orientation days/scheduled days to be onsite).
· Investigate payroll errors or issues
· Complete work comp claims, near miss accident reports
· Complete VER (voluntary early release) message delivery via text, email, and calls to associates impacted
· Complete shift cancellation message delivery via text, email, and calls to associates impacted
· Be responsible to removing associates from production or facility if they arrive on non-working shifts (VER, Shift Cancellation, Overtime)
· Complete HelloFresh reports and requests as directed (Attendance, Biometrics, Zero Hours)
· Audit ADP to ensure shift compliance and correct missing punches
· Participate in Associate Engagement activities and job-related surveys
· Other duties as directed by Site Manager, Client Ops Manager, or Client Principal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
