Responsibilities
Call on healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and elder care facilities to generate sales for both private duty home care and medical staffing.
Meet or exceed established sales targets.
Develop a marketing plan for new or existing territory.
Join and attend area networking and chamber groups.
Seek, develop, and participate in marketing opportunities in the community.
Establish working rapport with health care professionals in the territory.
Assist in the management of agency marketing and social media pages, helping to curate content and procure 5-star reviews.
Other duties assigned.
Requirements
Proven ability to generate leads / monitor referrals, manage a sales territory, maintaining and building relationships with new and existing contacts.
A minimum of one year experience in the home healthcare industry
Strong at persuasive and educational writing and speaking.
Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, multi-tasking and problem solving.
Comfortable with closing/asking for the business.
Exhibit a service attitude towards the community.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or communications, preferred.
Requires valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
