FusionTek is a fast growing, industry-leading MSP with clients in the Kirkland, WA, Tampa, FL and Washington DC areas. Over the past year we've placed on both the Inc 5000, CRN MSP 501 and Channel Futures MSP 500 recognition lists. We specialize in providing top-notch IT security, IT consulting services and ransomware remediation to small and mid-size businesses.
We are in search of an experienced Client Account Manager to join our team, but we’re not for everyone.

Client Account Managers work directly with our Sales and Service teams to complete the following tasks:
- Oversee and act as the primary point of contact for all client account management items within a specific set of accounts
- Create, develop, and maintain relationships with our existing client base
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure a smooth running of accounts, including timely and successful client solution delivery
- Align FusionTek’s services with our client’s specific business and technology needs
- Identify new business opportunities among our existing client
- Stay informed on new product and service offerings, and curate targeted client lists for new opportunities
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- A solid understanding of business, financial systems, and organizational decision-making
- Ability to apply business process and logic
- Client-focused attitude
- Excellent time management skills
- Impressive verbal, written, and communications skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of core business technology concepts and platforms
- Conduct client meetings both onsite and virtually as business needs dicatate
