Zachry is currently accepting applications for a Clerk III to support the quality department at Ventur Global's Plaquemines LNG project in Port Sulphur, LA.
Position Summary:
Industrial Clerks will conduct clerical or administrative duties as assigned within the Quality department. Responsible for physical and electronic documents as well as creating official business memorandums and letters to support construction operations. Responsible for running reports, entering and issuing receipts, and assisting with updating Quality information for the job site. May work various hours as needed.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities (Include any training, licenses, and certifications):
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and speed to meet deadlines
- Maintain excellent interpersonal and organizational communication with personnel at all levels
- Perform office duties including, but not limited to: filing, organizing, and using office equipment
- Maintain correspondence and issuing reports with appropriate personnel and groups using correct grammar
- File and maintain a log, paper requests, and other relevant paperwork
- P& IDs, ISOS and Engineering
- IWP , Welds and Flange Information
- OS&D’s
- Requisitions
- Reporting
- Reconciling Invoicing
- Meetings
- CoConsole and ZPTS
- Other task as required
Valued but not required skills, knowledge and abilities:
- Industrial Construction Experience

Physical demands and work environment:
Physical demands: Must be able to lift 10 lbs. (occasionally more)
Work environment: Ability to work alone and with others including managers, co-workers, suppliers, and customers.
Occasionally be required to spend time on the construction site and will need to have the ability to walk and climb various outdoor conditions
