Clerical Worker - Atlanta YDC - College Park GA (NSC)
Job description
This is hourly paid work performing administrative, clerical, and general office duties. This position is part-time and requires less than 30 hours per week and is not eligible for benefits.
NOTE: This is a 29 hour per week position.
JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook (Calendar)
- Ability to use office equipment
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintaining filing systems
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED AND two years of general office or administrative experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Preference will be given to applicants who, in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, possess the following:
- Five (5) or more years of experience performing administrative or customer service duties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010/Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
