Greenwich Apartment Homes is seeking a cleaning person for the property in Syracuse. Apartment unit cleaning of vacated units. Tenants are moving out of unfurnished apartments and the units must be cleaned in order for new tenants to move in. This person will focus on cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, living areas and all appliances and utilities with in these rooms. Cleaning common areas of these buildings is also part of the job description. This is an offer for the Greenwich Property, and also apartments in the University of SU area. Full time year round may be available if applicant is willing to work at other properties in the Syracuse area. 8-4:30p weekdays. After 90 days, employee is eligible for a review and increases in pay and/or expenses are possible based on 90 days performance.

Driver's license required. Personal (not shared) reliable vehicle required. Benefits are eligilbe after review at 6 months.
