$16/HR + Bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Inventory of personal property
• Packing, loading and transport
• Disassemble and reassemble furniture
• Dry and wet cleaning
• Deodorization
• Identify salvageable vs non-salvageable contents
• Use established software to photograph and document all items
• Provide excellent customer service
• Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
• Ensure attention to detail
• Safeguarding customers property and information
• Practice good housekeeping at all times to ensure a safe and non-cluttered worksite

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record mandatory (company vehicles).
• Attention to detail is a MUST.
• Ability to assemble/disassemble furniture using hands and power tools.
• Ambitious personality with the ability to learn and take direction.
• Able to participate in an on-call schedule- one time a month.
• Ability to communicate effectively and thoroughly.
• IICRC FIRST certification is preferred.
• Previous experience handling personal property is preferred.
• Ability to work longer hours if needed.
