The Claims Services team is an energetic team which provides support for our Claims Enterprise. In this role, you will work in conjunction with our claims staff to manage a variety of tasks and responsibilities. You will work under general supervision and be self-reliant in accomplishing objectives. A few notable responsibilities include:

• Process claims payments and forms
• Manage incoming claim calls
• Order police reports and medical records
• Enter new loss information
• Process salvage & theft titles
• Handle special projects as assigned

Someone in this role will be successful if they have the following skills or experience:

• Ability to consistently exhibit a high level of customer service
• Interpersonal skills (e.g., able to communicate effectively with others and share your views)
• Ability to manage caseload using excellent time management skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Data entry
• Proficiency with computers and current technology
• Oral and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
