Claims Ops Consultant
WE OFFER
Develop and oversee core foundational programs essential with running the operations of a Business Unit. Additionally, the position has an accountability to provide Subject Matter Expertise in systems and applications, working with Business Unit Leadership and Claims Operations Leadership.Location is negotiable.
WE EXPECT
Education & Experience :College degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in P&C Claims environment
CPCU, AIC, ARM, CIC, SCLA or other professional designation or work towards such designation
Knowledge & Skills:
Leadership skills
Strong customer focus and ability to partner with internal and external customers/business partners
Good communications skills (verbal and written)
Strong analytical skills
Excellent systems and application skills (e.g. Guidewire ClaimCenter, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Ability to foster teamwork to include conflict resolution
Understanding of Claims and insurance industry including claim handling and key control processes
