Healthy Life Chiropractic is looking for a chiropractor to join our thriving family practice in the heart of San Francisco! • You will have one-on-one coaching to improve your strengths and be shown proven successful procedures on corrective care and maintenance programs in a cash practice including marketing, staff management and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Learn all aspects of patient care, New patient consultations, examination, x-rays, Report of findings and patient management.
• Perform quality adjustments
• Educate our patients on the quality-of-life benefits of routine chiropractic care and provide a recommended course of treatment
• Building positive doctor-patient relationships
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient’s conditions and care
• Cover and grow the practice with a team that has your back!

Requirements:

• California D.C. license (required)
• CA X-ray license (Can apply once hired)

Benefits:

• Schedule: 5.5 days a week. ( Different compensation for 4.5 or 5 days a week may be available.)
• $108,000 Base/ $9k a month can be up to $250,000 with bonuses total compensation after brief training period
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits, 100% paid by the company after brief training period
• PTO after 1 year
• Company-sponsored marketing to bring you patients and granted walk-ins.

You will earn a 6k bonus after training period of 3 months or less when you:

• Memorize and master the New patient consultation, examination, x-rays and report of findings ( in our manual, and online with videos)

• Master the 6 components of the daily visit

• Have x-ray certification and can perform all x-rays

• Have brought in 15-20 new patients per month ( community outreach, events, networking, meeting neighbors, earning walk-ins with your brilliant consultations).

• Master the nasal specific technique

• Be awesome!

At that point you will have full benefits, vision, medical, dental, eligible for 401k etc. You will also have earned thousands of dollars of bonuses from all the new patients starting care! We love helping people become successful!
