Bloom Academy Founder's Square is growing! We have recently expanded and are excited to be serving even more Babcock Ranch families!

We offer early childhood educators a work place that allows them to flourish by providing a positive, supportive work environment. Working at Bloom Academy is unlike most other experiences in a child care setting. Our school is truly a family and we work hard to ensure that our staff feel supported as they continue their journey in early childhood.

Early Childhood Teachers

Requirements are:

• Absolute LOVE and PASSION for children.
• Preferably 2 years of experience working within a child care setting
• DCF 45 Hours completed
• CDA or active staff credential required for lead positions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Bloom meets and exceeds DCF cleaning and sanitizing requirements. Classrooms are fogged with a Net Zero fogger each night.

• Have you completed the Florida DCF 45 hours of required child care training as evidenced by a DCF transcript? (not required)

Experience:

• Early Childhood Education: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (not required) (Preferred)
• Child Development Associate Certification (not required) (Preferred)
