Job Title: Chemistry Lab Technician

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Chemistry Lab Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of chemists and other team members to support research, development, and quality control in our laboratory. The candidate should be well-versed in laboratory safety procedures, proficient in setting up lab equipment, and have experience in carrying out experiments and interpreting data.

Key Responsibilities:

· Follow laboratory safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace

· Prepare chemical solutions and samples for testing

· Set up laboratory equipment and perform routine maintenance

· Conduct tests and analyze data to ensure quality control standards are met

· Interpret test results and compile data into reports

· Assist in the development of new products and processes

· Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time

· Participate in team meetings and present findings to colleagues and supervisors

· Ensure compliance with all regulations and protocols

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related field

· Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a laboratory setting

· Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols

· Ability to interpret and analyze data using software and spreadsheets

· Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
