Job description
The Charter Operations 2 role will support the travel arrangements for the Charter Program guests through assisting with the job functions of Charter Operations 1 and through the manifest build and post trip process. Overall support of the charter operations team will be another part of the role.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Key contributor to completing airline manifests; Guarantee accurate manifests are submitted to our airline partners. Responsible for initial manifest upload and subsequent changes past the 72-hour filing deadline. Must maintain close ties with marketing partners tasked with filling charter flights. Ensure that last minute requests are input properly into all systems. Follow correct communication procedures with airlines properties, Call Center team and marketing partners
2. Timely completion of post trip charter reconciliations. Passenger information validation & package revenue tracking. Cancellation fee validation, processing, and conflict resolution. Federal Excise calculations and submittal. Day to day monitoring, replies, and escalation for inbound email boxes.
3. Supporting the Charter Operations 1 role in all capacities as needed or required
4. Any other duties as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 years Hotel / Casino / Call Center / Charter Operations experience preferred.
- Strong computer knowledge of Excel preferred.
- Ability to communicate in English is required.
- Strong guest relations skills are required

Must be able to stoop, bend, jump, twist, crouch, grip, carry heavy loads, and maneuver quickly on level surfaces, as well as, up and down stairs. Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds. Must be able to push or pull up to 150 pounds. Must be able to make rational decisions when handling guest and employee issues. Must be able to see and remember the specific details of incidents and persons. Must be able to give court testimony when necessary and write detailed reports. Responds to visual and aural cues. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
