Job Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of monthly and quarterly clients in the medical/dental field to provide business financials, work with the practice managers on any accounting/tax type issues that come up day to day. Demonstrates an understanding of the client's businesses. Develops and maintains business relationships with clients and gains the confidence of top-level client personnel. Identifies client issues, develops innovative solutions for clients, and communicates these with client personnel and direct managers and shareholders.

Prepares and reviews corporate, partnership, LLC, trust, non-profit and individual tax returns. Assists in tax planning including quarterly personal tax projections.

Provides leadership in developing staff and effectively educates and delegates.

Required Job Experience: CPA license and at least 5 years in public accounting with 2 years of medical and dental accounting preferred.

Quick Books, Thomson Reuters Suite of Products: Ultratax, Fixed Asset Manager, Practice, Planner, File Cabinet. Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Required Skills: Clear and effective communication skills required - working regularly with clients and staff. In this present day, we use virtual meetings more than in person meetings, but please be prepared and willing to do both as needed.
Client-oriented work ethic, delivering high-quality results. Exceptional organizational and time management skills with proven ability to meet crucial deadlines. Strong understanding of IRS and State of Georgia tax guidelines. Self-starter and team player is necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
