Therapy on the Go Inc. is looking for licensed COTAS, to provide exceptional skilled care in the Home Health Setting. Coverage area includes: land O lakes

This is a Contract - Per Diem position

Job Summary

• This position allows you the greatest autonomy and flexibility
• See as many or as little patients as you want in coverage areas of your choice
• Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience
• New grads / those without prior home health experience are welcome! (Training is provided as needed)
• Electronic documentation for efficiency

Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Therapy program
• Current Florida Therapy License
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance
• Current Physical Exam & TB test (skin or X-ray) within 1 year

Responsibilities / Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Perform all necessary duties in a timely manner
• Maintain strict confidentiality to protect sensitive information
• Provide treatments in compliance with company and home health agencies policies / procedures and federal / state regulations.

Pay Rate: $45 to $80 per visit
