Shifts available:

• Day Shift: 6 am - 2 pm (4 days on, 2 days off)
• Evening Shift: 2 pm - 10 pm (4 days on, 2 days off)
• NOC Shift: 10 pm - 6 am (set schedule each week)

Please note that this position requires weekend shifts.

Base Wage and Sign-on Bonus:

• Base wage starts at $17.50 for new CNAs, with pay going up to $24.40
• Sign-on bonus for Full-time Days: $1,000
• Sign-on bonus for Full-time Evenings: $2,500
• Sign-on bonus for Full-time Nights: $3,500
• PRN positions available (sign-on bonus not applicable)

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Current certification in Idaho. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred.

• Able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards residents
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
