A&R Solutions outpatient drug and addiction clinic is looking for an experienced Medical Assistant/Receptionist. The position requires coordinating patient and physician schedules, office management tasks, and coordinating client information. This team member must treat our patients with dignity, professionalism as well as demonstrate compassion during service delivery. The job includes significant amounts of multi-tasking and strong organizational skills. This candidate should create a connection with our clients, with the ability to provide personalized service. Looking for a professional that is willing to have a flexible schedule on a month to month basis. Some of the duties and responsibilities.

· Assisting Physicians with chart notes/taking on the role as a scribe

· Working with management/physicians to run offices

· Traveling to outside offices to help assist management

· Traveling is a must in this position.

· Answer multi-line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller’s needs yourself

· Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain insurance information and any other necessary data * Provide patients with intake and new patient forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents

· Process payments from patients (Being comfortable with money handling is a must)

· Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients

· Maintain hard copy patient records as well as the files stored in our EHR

· Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments

· Provide patients with support and guidance as needed

· Good computer skills is a must

· Trustworthy, independent, flexible staff
