THE PLAYER

You will obtain a profitable instruction and club fitting operation that is of a consistently high standard that meets the needs

and expectations of our clients. You will provide instruction and club fitting to individuals and groups of all levels. You will continue

to enhance your knowledge and skills daily. You will grow the game of golf, the Beloit Club, Ironworks Golf Lab, and

Ironworks Golf Academy

EVERY DAY, YOU WILL

• Provide instruction and fitting services for all programs under the Academy umbrella.
• Develop marketing strategies to retain and procure new clients.
• Focus on building business and client relationships for the Academy, Golf Lab, and Beloit Club.
• Perform club repair services with club alterations and re-gripping.
• Sell practice time, simulators, and other Ironworks Golf Lab services.
• Sell membership, rounds of golf and other Beloit Club services.
• Inspects to ensure that all safety, sanitation, energy management, preventive maintenance and other standards are consistently met.
• Assist in Developing policies and procedures for the Academy.
• Assists in planning and implementing procedures for Junior Golf programs, Women’s Golf Academies, Half and Full day golf schools.
• Develops new and innovative ways to improve on all instruction and fitting programs.

YOU WILL BE GREAT AT THE BELOIT CLUB IF

• You are a PGA or LPGA member with a minimum of 5 years teaching experience.
• High school diploma
• High level of professionalism
• Knowledge of golf instruction, club fitting, and playing.
• Possess excellent basic math skills and can operate a cash register or POS system.
• Continue to invest in your training (TPI, K-Vest, etc.)
