Expanding a small chain nationwide (www.barkdogbar.com). We currently have three operating facilities, with plans to roll out 100 more. In search of a CEO with strong management skills, sales background, and staff management. Ideal candidate is motivated and successful, with a business mindset.

Within the next two years we will expand with 25 new locations, and by 2025/2026 we plan to add an additional 50. Due to the rapid expansion, our future CEO must have F&B history (as that is a large component of the operation), and the ability to recruit seasoned professionals for other management positions.

Bar K is simply Top Golf for dogs! Our facilities feature restaurant, bars, large dog play areas (indoor and out door). The key aspects of the business are membership based sales and creating revenue streams.

For the right person, we would consider a partnership role/opportunity And pay is negotiable. We are looking for someone who has extensive history in running companies, but also loves dogs, and wants to be passionate about their work. Our corporate office in Arizona, and will continue to be involved with real estate transactions, new locations, site selection, design, staffing, creating a strong successful managing team, and continuing to run the business long term. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
