SUMMARY

Makes product deliveries to customers, performs various customer service functions in connection with the deliveries. Maintains accurate required documentation, and timeliness.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Makes product deliveries to customers.
• Accounts for all breakage, overage and shortage.
• Accurately completes required delivery paperwork.
• Follows Company work rules and policies.
• Maintains satisfactory attendance to include timeliness.
• Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory consideration.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
• Required to make an average of 25 deliveries a day with an average of 450 cases per day.
• Required to lift up to 50 pound cases of product.
• Required to be physically capable of executing all essential functions to perform the job.
• Valid New Jersey (or state of residence) Commercial Driver’s License Class B or above with no Air Brake Restrictions and successful completion of background check.
• Required to understand, speak, read and write English.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of driving experience with a Commercial Driver’s License.
• Detailed oriented.
• Skilled at handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good problem solver; overcomes obstacles timely.
• Good organizational skills and self-motivated.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience working across organizational lines.
• Proactive in addressing customer’s needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour
