Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Skills, and Education):
- HS diploma or equivalent.
- Possess valid Class B CDL.
- Minimum two (2) years of proven driving experience at the CDL level.
- Minimum two (2) years of proven experience assembling/disassembling and moving machinery utilizing forklifts, gantries, cranes, skates, and jacks.
- Basic knowledge of operating equipment (Forklifts, man lifts, mobile platform lifts, etc.).
- Experienced knowledge of load securement and safe hauling practices.
- Ability to use general construction tools and equipment.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Requires safe handling of loads, securement of loads, and loading and unloading of equipment.
- Signal or performing actions as directed related to hoisting and moving loads.
- At the direction of the lead rigger/foreman, attach loads to rigging to provide support or prepare them for moving, using hand and power tools.
- Control movement of heavy equipment through narrow openings or confined spaces, using forklifts and dollies.
- Align, level, and anchor machinery.
- Manipulate rigging lines, hoists, and pulling gear to move or support materials such as heavy equipment.
- Effectively assemble/disassemble and move machinery utilizing forklifts, gantries, cranes, skates, and jacks.
- Operating Vehicles, Mechanized Devices, or Equipment — Running, maneuvering, navigating, or driving vehicles or mechanized equipment, such as forklifts, mobile elevated work platforms, and gantries.
- Drive safely and under DOT regulations tractor & trailer rigs to transport equipment and crews to job sites.
- Routinely hauls over-dimensional loads.
