Current Job posting:

This job consists of properly setting up and pouring rubber molds of products. You will also pour 2 part casting resin mixtures into rubber molds to create products. Various products made in the rubber molds will then need to be finished by proper trimming, patching and sanding. Many pieces will need to be belt sanded. Some product require the use of a pressure pot to control air pockets. Some product pieces are then packaged to be finished elsewhere. Must uphold quantity and quality expectations. Must keep a clean work area.

We have been in business for 15 years. 3 years ago we moved from a 10,000 square foot facility to a 52,000 square foot facility. Current Opening

Casting Department ($15.00 - $17.00)

Shifts Available: 1st: M,T,W,R (5:30 am - 4:00pm)

Job Requirements:

• Must have a good attitude, our company is built on each other, having a positive attitude in the workplace is a necessity.
• Must have ambition, with the growth we continue to experience, we need hungry purpose driven people to help everyone at OTS continue to thrive.
• Employee Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs comfortably and unassisted.
• Employee must have good attendance

Experience:

• Employee does not need any prior experience, never made a taxidermy mannequin before? No worries well teach you, honestly we would be shocked if you did have experience!

We are a drug free company and all employees are required to pass drug testing upon hiring

Paid Time off

• Employees Receive 2 paid Personal days
• 2 paid Sick Days each year
• Employees after 1 Year continuous employment receive 1 week paid vacation
• 3 years employees receive 2 weeks paid vacation
• 8 years receive 3 weeks paid vacation
• 16 years 4 weeks paid vacation
• Holidays Paid
• Half Day's prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years where we hold company parties and Cater meals/ go out to eat, but pay 8hr shift
• 2 outings typically on Friday or Saturday where we go on company outings, generally River Trip, Golf outing, Bowling, and Fishing. However its employee choice so that's subject to change. A couple years we did Cedar point trips as well

Yearly Bonuses

• Generally before Black Friday our company will do our Christmas Bonus, ensuring anyone has a chance to use the money to best suite them for Black Friday deals.
• Yearly bonuses are based on 4 quarterly reviews of employees overall performance and attendance.
