What Does a Cashier/Customer Serive Team Memebr Do?

  • Engages with customers and provides exceptional customer service
  • Greets and thanks each guest with a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Answers phones and assists customers in a polite and timely manner
  • Locates products for customers and offers recommendations and guidance as needed
  • Assists management with ensuring company standards and procedures and effectively met
  • Processes checkouts following proper cash handling procedures
  • Proactively seeks products/project knowledge to provide customers with personalized information
  • Identifies unique selling opportunities
  • Resolves customer issues with assistance from management
  • Maintains a clean, organized and safe work environment
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

What Does It Take to Be a Cashier/Customer Service Team Member?

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Computer proficiency
  • Results-oriented with the ability to serve stores with humility and be a steward of Nation’s Best’s values
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable and flexible
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the willingness to consistently provide superior customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25-50lbs consistently and bend, twist, squat and reach throughout the work shift
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
    • Typically no earlier than 7am or later than 6pm!

Competitive pay based on experience!
