Personal Injury Case Manager
Description Our rapidly-growing law practice is seeking a full-time, self-motivated case manager to join our team! You will provide a broad spectrum of legal services under the supervision of an attorney.This position plays a vital role in providing our clients excellent client service. If you have familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, the court system, and a passion for helping others, apply today! Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our lawyers.
- Handle client communication and inquiries while making sure they feel seen and heard
- Conduct new client onboarding and build current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently.
- Locate and develop case relevant information
- Consistently document and manage entry of client information within our case management system
- Request, process, and compile client medical records and financials
- Ensure timely and effective case management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy
- CRM and case management software experience a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
- Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills
- Two years of case management experience preferred
