Job Brief:
Lenity Solutions a leading companion care company in the Central Valley, we are looking for compassionate caregivers to join our team for the Fresno/Clovis/Madera/Kerman/Sanger area! Caregivers are paid travel time, mileage and higher hourly rate, Shifts include day and overnight. Caregivers must provide assistance with activities of daily living such as light housekeeping, bathing, meal planning and preparation, dressing, transfers/ambulation, personal hygiene and grooming, shopping, toileting, and companionship to our clients in a professional and respectful manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists clients with personal care and hygiene
- Monitor and report any changes in client health status
- Ensure highest client safety and well-being
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping duties
- Plan and prepare meals
- Maintain open communication between families and health care professionals regarding the client’s medical and emotional condition
Requirements:
- Vaccinated Preferred
- Prior experience as a caregiver preferred
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary restrictions
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Respectful and compassionate
- Good time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethics
