Schedule: Full Time M-F 8 am 5 pm

Development Workshop is a not-for-profit community rehabilitation employer serving individuals with disabilities as a diverse and inclusive provider offering community rehabilitation programs, vocational training - placement and support, instructional social skills to children and adults, industrial sewing, manufacturing and assembly, and janitorial services. Being well established for nearly 50 years with campuses located in Idaho Falls, Rexburg and Salmon, Development Workshop has established a solid reputation and culture that offers our valued staff career stability, longevity, and a friendly and fun work atmosphere.

Our Career Counselors:

• Are actively involved in marketing and developing employer relationships that will enhance successful outcomes.
• Develop an understanding of employer job requirements; completing job analysis and environmental analysis forms, conduct employer/staff interviews with the intent of understanding employer work expectations.
• Develop individual program plans from a person-centered approach and coordinate implementation of service to achieve plan goals.

Requirements:

• Become CPR/First Aid Certified
• Have a current driver's license and insurance
