Now Hiring a *CARE MANAGER* at Capitol City Manor & Halldale Manor in Augusta/Farmingdale, ME!

Full Time Position Split Between Capitol City Manor and Halldale Manor

This position requires the Care Manager to work closely with two facility Management teams on a regular basis for staff management, procedure development, and other tasks required to maintain a smoothly operating facility.

Must work well with others, be willing to work a flexible schedule, and must work well in a fast paced environment with individuals with varied backgrounds. In addition, the candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and strong role modeling techniques.

Job Duties for Care Manager Include:

- Completing resident assessments using the MDS tool

- Creating individualized service plans

- Training employees on accurate charting

Preferred Experience:

- 2 Years in Assisted Living providing direct care, but not required

Competitive pay up to $20 per hour depending on experience!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
