- Always maintains patient and family confidentiality.
- Provides a supportive atmosphere to persons seeking information and assist with program information.
- Continually builds trust with community partners.
- Promotes Leadership and Teamwork
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent typing and computer skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of HIPPA compliance regulations
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Basic knowledge of healthcare reimbursement
