Position Summary:
The Cardiology Technician I performs non-invasive cardiology diagnostic testing in a timely manner according to physician orders.

One (1) year of Healthcare or customer service experience preferred.

Essential Functions:
- Performs EKGs of all types in both the inpatient and outpatient setting.
- Applies ambulatory holter, event, and blood pressure monitors
- Manages and distributes completed reports in the EKG database
- Performs miscellaneous billing functions
- Provides clinical support to other departments which perform EKGs throughout the organization
- Performs 12 Lead EKGs
- Applies ambulatory holter, event and blood pressure monitors
- Distributes completed EKGs to physician in baskets for interpretation
- Manages reports within the MUSE database
- Completes EKG billing
- Provides support to other departments performing EKGs throughout the organization
