Job description

Car Wash technicians are responsible for performing the daily operations and practices of the car wash facility. Technicians are to ensure we are consistently delivering on Great Customer Service, Clean Vehicles, and the Cleanest Most Attractive Business facility and grounds in our area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Be courteous by smiling, greeting, and being available to address all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner that is satisfactory to both the customer and the car wash business.

Always be ready to greet and assist customers with understanding value of wash packages and show the value of our Club Plans.

Load cars into the wash area with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor.

Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to sending it into the wash.

Be proficient with all policies and procedures and able to perform them on a daily basis as needed.

Learn and Assisting in regular maintenance on all equipment to ensure to keep in proper working order.

Able to help owner identify equipment issues in a timely manner. "Look, Listen and Smell"

Keep the entire property spotlessly clean and ensure everything is kept in the proper place and organized. PERPETUAL CLEANING.

Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied at all times during each day

Have a sense of urgency.

Do the right thing, at the right time, all the time…with fellow teammates, home office and customers.

Prep vehicles and inspect vehicles for damage / defects prior to entry.

Be able to present and explain club membership and successfully enroll customers in the club plan.

Courteous and professional demeanor.

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.

Ability to lift a moderate amount of weight.

Willingness to work in all weather conditions.

Ability to work with a sense of urgency.

Conduct all interactions with customers and fellow employees ethically.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
