JOB TITLE: Cannabis Inventory Coordinator

AUTHORITY & SUPERVISION:

• Reports directly to the Facilities Inventory Manager

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the accuracy of product being transferred into Secure Storage
• Stock and organize incoming product
• Move products digitally and physically to and from various departments throughout the facility
• Perform weekly cycle counts to ensure accuracy within the inventory systems
• Work with various departments to determine what product is needed for production
• Assist with fulfilling wholesale orders
• Fix any identified audit deficiencies within the inventory systems
• Verify that product being stored is in compliance with testing requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work station
• Coordinate and schedule incoming deliveries with 3rd party vendors

• Complete additional duties and tasks assigned by the Facilities Inventory Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess a keen attention to detail
• Knowledge of METRC and Dutchie is strongly preferred
• Cannabis experience required
• Detail-oriented with the ability to problem solve
• Practical and proactive thinking
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships in order to gain support and results

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 21 years of age.

• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.

• Must pass all required background checks.

• Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends.

• Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.

• Occasionally moves up to 30+ pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance).

• This job function may include being in a stationary position, or moving for extended periods of time.
