Our growing patient experience team is looking for a data curious, insight driven leader to lead Personalization & Engagement Campaign Analytics.

As the Manager of Campaign Analytics with the Patient Experience (PX) organization, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end analytics of mid to large-scale, cross-functional engagement programs and multi-channel campaigns. You will establish and drive a campaign analytics discipline within the PX organization, that includes a data driven design of engagement programs and campaigns, leading the testing strategy, analyzing post-campaign results, identifying optimization opportunities, and presenting results and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders. The engagement programs that you will oversee include patient activation, onboarding, retention, clinical adherence, health equity, and education.

This leader will also need to excel at building relationships quickly in a dynamic organization and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to bring a program or campaign vision to life.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

Campaign design, execution and oversight:

  • Develop and execute data-driven campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, SMS, website, mobile app)
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaigns and improve patient experience
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources (e.g., CRM, web analytics, social media metrics) to measure campaign performance, patient behavior, and market trends.
  • Monitor a variety of automated CRM campaigns that focus on patient activation, onboarding, retention, clinical adherence, health equity, and education.
  • Analyze ROI, inclusive of spend and value created by initiatives
  • Move seamlessly between the roles of analyst, test designer, coach, thought leader, presenter, and advocate
  • Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, IT, Clinical analytics, and other functional areas to ensure data quality, and integrity
  • Executive reporting & communication – prepares and delivers engaging, informative, and well-organized presentations to executive and other audiences
  • Serve as subject mater expert for PX campaign insights and analytics

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of analytics experience, preferably in a healthcare or life sciences

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or statistical software (e.g., R, SAS)

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences

  • Recognize the stories in the data and present them in a compelling way that creates opportunities to personalize and engage patients

    Strong leadership and project management, including the ability to manage and mentor others

  • Ability to build strong relationships across multiple lines of business

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Passion for using data and technology to improve patient outcomes and healthcare delivery

Salary/ Wage Range

$62,200.00 - $91,300.00 / year
