Camp Counselor

Pay: $12-15/hour
Job Type: Part-Time Seasonal

Position Summary

Ridglea Country Club is seeking fun and energetic Camp Counselors. This position will work our Winter, Spring and Summer Camps with elementary age kids.

Job Duties

• Developing, supervising, and participating in camp-wide programming activities with campers of different ages

• Participating in training workshops held prior to camp sessions
• Working cooperatively with other Camp Counselors to ensure campers are safe, while maintaining adequate health and hygiene measures
• Building relationships with all campers by showing compassion, empathy and understanding
• Taking roll call at the beginning and end of every activity

• Providing positive feedback for parents

Requirements

• CPR/First Aid Certified or willingness to obtain

• At least 2 years working with elementary age kids

• High School Diploma Preferred

Availability Needs:

• Tuesday-Friday 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
  June 6-9. June 20-23, July 11-14, and July 25-28

Opportunities for more hours throughout the year will be made available. These hours will be to help with activities and games during our seasonal Ridglea Country Club Events. These events may include: Easter Carnival, Fall Festival, 4th of July event, Christmas events, New Years event, Valentine’s Dance, and so many more.
