Title: Callidus – SAP Commission Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term

Job responsibilities:
I am looking for multiple contracting positions with below skills for immediate onboarding. Please let me know if you have any matching profiles.

Responsibilities –

• Become an expert in designing, building and maintaining flexible and scalable compensation plans/models in SAP Commissions using established proven practices
• Quickly learn about how different sales organizations operate in order to gather and document thorough business requirements
• Work with customers to develop overall testing plans, test cases and scripts
• Enable your customers to effectively use and maintain their Commissions solution
• Document and communicate project status regularly to the Project Management team
• Coordinate and communicate with the customer’s project manager and project resources
• Prescriptively guiding customers towards proven/recommended approaches to satisfying their business needs
• Sharing knowledge within the practice, based on project experience and lessons learned
• Execute production activities in the SAP Commissions UI and database Server, which includes running interfaces and transferring data between various data sources
• Perform data analysis/audits using the SAP Commissions UI, database server, and MS Excel to resolve issues with payments
• Participate on project teams and work independently with a diverse group of stakeholders
• Design and implement process improvements within SAP Commissions
• Responsible for diagnosing complex technical issues and providing recommendations on solutions with consideration of best practices and longer-term impacts of decisions
• Requirement –

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering along with Statistics and Economics or a related business discipline

Certified Callidus Cloud (SAP) Commissions Consultant Preferred

• At least 10 years of experience in IT Consulting, Enterprise Software Implementation
• At least 5 years of experience implementing SAP commissions.
• An analytical mindset with a keen focus on data, Experience in building and maintaining dashboards in SAP commissions
• Prior experience with Query Based Languages and Relational Databases
• Experience developing user-friendly Crystal reports
• Strong business communication skills
• High energy with a drive to succeed
• A desire and willingness to travel
• Confidence in yourself and in your capabilities
• Competencies:
• Flexible attitude and demonstrated ability to grow skillset and work across the entire technology stack
• Excellent technical and analytical skills to discuss problems, analyze solutions and enable improvement
• Excellent communication skills to effectively manage key business stakeholder relationships

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $44.87 - $54.03 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
