Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Be able to take 100+ calls a day
- Able to cold call call/deal transfers from cold calls
Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Have basic computer knowledge
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
