Job Description

Supporting the office manager, this individual will help perform the day-to-day communications tasks to run the vehicle donation program. As a key member of the team, this person will assist in answering in-bound calls serving as the frontline representative for our supported charities and NCS.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point-of-contact for bi-lingual Spanish speaking inquires.
• Documents, responds and addresses requests as needed while providing excellent customer service.
• Performs office duties as needed such as scanning, light filing or mail management.
• Maintains and updates vehicle and customer files.

Note this is an in-office position located at our headquarters in Washington, DC.

Minimum Qualifications

Bi-Lingual Spanish speaker

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel

Time management skills

Ability to multi-task

Attention to detail

Fantastic communication skills

Positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

Dispatching experience

Prior telemarketing or call center experience

Data Entry

Experience in the automotive space

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
