The R&T operations department inside the cabin and cargo community is looking for you (d/f/m), someone with a clear vision and a contagious passion to challenge the status quo.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
Look, search and indentify potential technologies to be applied in the Cabin & Cargo of the Future.
Prepare these technologies, so they can be onboarded in an Aircraft.
Connect & collaborate with internal and external partners to contribute to the dense and wide network (Academia, Governmental institutions, Aerospace, Industry and other Industries) looking for synergies, creativity and technological cross feeding for Cabin and Cargo landscape.
Drive projects to shape the Cabin and Cargo that is beyond the current imaginatio (Aircraft for future generations).
Ideal you have :
Engineering degree (or equivalent) in a related discipline.
Technical background and experience in product development and innovation.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Project management experience would be a plus.
A nalytical thinking, creativity and proactive approach to problem solving.
Passion for aviation with a human and passenger centric approach
Strong interest on technologies which are even beyond your area of expertise.
