Job Title: Buyer

Job Overview: We are a fast-growing company with a strong presence in online marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiating skills, a go-getter attitude, and a proven track record of closing deals. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing products from suppliers that meet the company's quality and pricing requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and products to add to the company's --inventory.
• Contact potential suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms of sale.
• Work with the team to develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery of products.
• Create and nurture new relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in purchasing and sourcing in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and virtually.
• Strong negotiating skills and ability to close deals.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Tech savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Familiarity with online marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart.

Compensation:

The Buyer will be offered a salary of $1,500 per week for the first 3 months of employment, followed by a commission structure, with salary draw against commission. The company will provide all necessary data and resources for the Buyer to successfully source and purchase products.

Work Environment:

The Buyer will have the flexibility to work remotely and will be provided with a great work environment and team support.
