Job description
- Partner with the product owner, platform technology teams, design and other product managers in supporting and executing again our UAT testing across the Payments Platform portfolio
- Coordinate and manage testing dependencies across payments product team
- Assist in the planning and execution of application testing, working with process owners, business and product managers, functional areas, customer experience/design teams and development
- Execute complex test strategies involving internal Chase applications, 3rd party vendor applications/microsites, as well as desktop and/or mobile applications
- Provide testing support for large, complex, technology-dependent programs and projects that cut across business functional areas; design, develop and assist in creation of manual test scripts
- Partner with other product testing leads across all phases of the testing lifecycle
- Manage, monitor and report on testing defects through resolution
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance or User Acceptance Testing role; Project Management a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field of study, or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communicator with excellent reasoning, organizational and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle principles and Quality Assurance methodologies/best practices
- JIRA experience - you know how to navigate JIRA, create issues, and have an understanding of more advanced capabilities such as creating dashboards and complex queries using JQL
- Experience in the design of detailed functional test plans, and the creation and execution of test cases as well as nice-to-have testing automation experience
- Experience working in an Agile development environment and with Agile project methodologies
