As the Business Systems Technician, you'll function as data and support analyst for assigned data base applications.
- Enter, download and upload data related to specific systems/databases.
- Prepare and prioritize daily schedule of jobs.
- Assist in creating spreadsheets for presentation of data. May run other specialized reports from databases under supervision of staff.
- Assume responsibility for the quality and accuracy of jobs assigned. Identify incorrect data through systematic proofing against criteria set by management.
- Working knowledge of the Facet platform and workflow.
- Knowledgeable with SQL.
- Skilled with Microsoft and Excel.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional preferences:
- 1 to 2 years of Facet, SQL, Microsoft and Excel experience, preferred.
