Job description

Under general supervision, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.

Develops or modifies moderately complex information systems. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary.

May provide other division technical support or project work, such as PC support.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organizational structure to define business requirements and needs
• Evaluate business requirements to identify and resolve conflicts in cross functional processes
• Ability to assimilate, organize, and summarize large amounts of information
• Provide application support as necessary and assist with the creation of process guides and training materials
• Ability to troubleshoot application problems independently

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Technology related field
• Proficient with reading and writing SQL queries
• Proficient with creating reports in Power BI
• Strong problem-solving, analytic, conceptual, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently, be organized, establish priorities, and manage time effectively
• Experience performing system analysis, data analysis, and translating business problems into process solutions
• Knowledge of statistics, quantitative analysis, operations research, and data mining techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant knowledge of service repair and/or restaurant industry operations
• Previous experience working on enterprise resource planning (ERP) tool
• Proficiency with Python and data analysis packages
• Proficiency with XML Parsing
