We are looking for a Business Support Specialist to support our KVG Backoffice Insourcing - Projects & Configuration Team in Frankfurt, Leipzig or Munich with experience in Simcorp Dimension (SCD).

As a Business Support Specialist you will

• support the correct and efficient use of our accounting system and work together with the configuration units and the department across the board
• support all types of business support requests across locations
• support the operating units (customer support, fund accounting, SCD service, annual financial statements,...) with inquiries and as 2-level support in the area of SCD configuration
• take care of the use, introduction and further development of suitable tools to ensure data integrity and to validate the efficient workflow of processes in day-to-day business
• help to advance the Data Quality in and around SCD

These skills will help you succeed in the position

• IT-affinity with organized and structured way of working
• Ability to present complex issues in a comprehensible way
• Work independently and take responsibility

• Successfully completed banking training and/or completed studies with appropriate professional qualifications
• Overall understanding of all relevant investment processes (preferably with an understanding of InvStG) in a capital management company (KVG) including the technologies and IT systems used
• Sovereign handling of SimCorp Dimension (SCD)
• Fluent German and good English skills
