Business Services Coordinator, Quality Assurance Analytics
This is a full-time, hourly, Days position based on UCHealth's Quality Assurance Business Analytics team. You may be based in Metro Denver, Colorado Springs or Fort Collins, CO.
This is a hybrid position...80% work-from-home and 20% on-site. Coordinates the activities and flow of work for assigned areas or functions.
Experience and desired skills
Candidate must have a creative and critical problem solving skills. Familiarity with Excel a minimum, nested logic preferred. Agent of change and positive communicator. Attention to detail, grasps big picture, and marries both. Takes initiative and is able to solve problems or handle projects with little to no direction and supervision.

Needs to be able to travel but a minimal amount. Critical review of others' work to provide learning opportunities and reinforce quality productivity.

Job Duties
- Prioritizes multiple tasks and projects to ensure timely completion. Delegates and assigns work commensurate with knowledge, skill and experience, and ensures the work is performed appropriately.
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
- Facilitates the development, implementation and evaluation of program or area services and initiatives.
- Review and analyze current workflows to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Serves as a resource to staff regarding departmental/area policies, procedures and services.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of related experience
- 2 years revenue cycle experience in healthcare
