The Business Relationship Manager is tasked with building relationships in specific businesses verticals on the Delaware and Maryland peninsula. The candidate must be comfortable in social settings and be able to hold meaningful conversations with decision makers at all levels. The territory consists of Wicomico, Worcester, Somerset, Dorchester, Talbot, Caroline, and Sussex (DE) Counties. The candidate must be available to consistently travel to customers within those counties in a three week repeating rotation.

Pre call intelligence gathering will prepare the BRM for each day and detailed notes will be added into a company provided iPad. Some level of sales and marketing may be helpful in this role but a positive demeanor and friendly attitude will really be the key to success. The BRM is provided with a company vehicle to visit customers and attend networking functions. Most of these occur in the normal work week but may occasionally fall outside of the traditional work week.

Pay: $48,275.00 - $69,638.00 per year
