The Business Performance and Analysis Manager will support matters related to consolidated business planning & analysis, financial reporting, and business unit support. This includes delivery of the annual financial plan, consolidated monthly and quarterly financial reporting, business unit profitability reporting, and decision support analysis. The role will collaborate with colleagues in BP&A and across business units and functional divisions in understanding and communicating corporate and business performance, opportunities, and risks.

Job Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Production/consolidation of monthly/quarterly financial reporting packages, including P&L and Balance Sheet driver-based variance analysis.
- Design business driver schedules with business unit personnel to aid in planning and analysis of business unit performance to gain a deeper understanding of BU profitability.
- Facilitate performance reviews with business units to capture and track risks & opportunities.
- Provide support for the business units’ inputs into the annual financial plan.
- Communicate and explain financial results.
- Actively interpret and review key drivers of performance.
- Develop new methods to capture and report key financial data.
- Assist in the collection of relevant peer data to aid the production of quarterly peer analysis.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus but not required.
- 7-10 years FP&A experience; financial services preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business modeling tools.
- Proficient in Oracle GL and Oracle Smartview (Essbase/Hyperion) with prior experience working with multi-dimensional databases.
- Strong technical, analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of funds transfer pricing (FTP) and allocations.
- Thrives in dynamic, energetic, and driven environments.
- Ability to present complex financial information in simple terms.
- Experience in collaborating to set up new processes, with strong analytic capability.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP.
- Ability to work in an organized, detailed manner under tight deadlines.
