Los Robles Healthcare, a division of Impact Healthcare, is a collection of home health and hospice agencies in Central and Southern California with > 150 hospice patients and > 750 home health patients.

We are looking for Temporary (3-6 month) Business Office Coordinator

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-4pm

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent judgment and knowledge of current professional practices, with demonstrated exemplary analytical and documentation skills with little supervisory direction.
• High-School Diploma

• Is computer literate and willing to embrace technology used by the agency -- technology that eases documentation workload and supports team communication.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following is a representation of the major duties and responsibilities of this position. The agency will make reasonable accommodations to allow otherwise qualified applicants with disabilities to perform essential functions.

• Orders medical supplies in a timely manner

• Updates clinicians on status of supplies
• Ensures that company policies and procedures are followed
• Other administrative procedures/functions as assigned
• Responsible for obtaining and maintaining up to date employee documents by retrieving required documents via communication with field staff
