Business Developer | Salesforce Development | APEX | Otto Marketplace | Team Jellyfish (f/m/d)We, Team Jellyfish, are a cross-functional team consisting of 10 people: Software developers, product owners, scrum masters, department representatives and Salesforce experts. In the Partner area within OTTO IT, the focus is on interaction with our partners and suppliers. As a member of the agile product team Jellyfish, you will help build new services for our partners and suppliers and drive digitalization in this area. If you are enthusiastic about new technologies, interested in diving deep into technical processes and have an agile mindset, we should definitely get to know each other!
Our Tech Stack:
- Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service and Experience Cloud) | JEE | Microservices | AWS
- You are part of a cross-functional team that plays a key role in driving the digitalization of our partner management.
- You will be responsible for process development and analysis in partner management as well as implementing/customizing new workflows.
- You help with the integration of Salesforce into our system landscape.
- You are responsible for and automate operational processes in the context of CRM.
- You support and advise the product owner as well as team colleagues, stakeholders and users on all issues related to our Salesforce system.
- You continuously expand your Salesforce skills and help your team to take over increasing responsibility from our service provider.
Must-have:
- Fluency in Visualforce, APEX, Java(-script), HTML5, CSS, and the Lightning Component Framework.
- Several years of experience in agile implementation and development (front- and backend), consulting or similar based on the Salesforce Core Platform (Sales-, Service- and Experience Cloud)
- Good knowledge in requirements management and analysis, as well as strong consulting skills and communication skills with different stakeholders
- Agile mindset and experience with agile methods in software development
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in interface design and integration of Salesforce into our system landscape
- Practical experience with building a continuous development/continuous integration solution and the required technical stack (SFDX, Salesforce CLI, GitHub, GitHub Actions). Experience in other object-oriented programming languages
- Salesforce certifications that prove your skills and round out your profile
- Experience in B2B as well as in partner and supplier management
