Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig is seeking a Business Transactional Attorney in our newly expanded location in Mukilteo, Washington. The ideal candidate must have excellent writing and research abilities and be passionate about helping individuals and businesses. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior Corporate Transactional Attorney to gain substantive experience through hands-on mentorship with an experienced partner and entrepreneur.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate various business contracts.
- Entity formation
- Compliance and regulatory registrations
- Other General Counsel Matters
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years’ experience in Business Law and Transactions.
- An interest in corporate and transactional law.
- Superb reading, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Must have an active bar admission from WA state.
